Adrenalin Skydive, based at Goulburn airport, hosted a two-week Wingsuit and Boogie competition from March 28 to April 10.
A wingsuit is a large flying suit with wings under the armpits and webbing between the legs worn by skydivers.
It allows for optimal free fall time, propelling jumpers across the sky faster than you can say, "Is it a bird?"
Thirty-six skydivers attended the event. The maximum height of 15,000 feet allows competitors extra time to complete technical manoeuvres.
The nine-round competition saw the group of skydivers enter the categories of highest speed, longest time in the air and furthest glide.
Following the competition, a large formation flying event saw flocks of wingsuiters in formation.
"Watching these talented men and women racing across the sky was incredible,” Adrenalin Skydive chief instructor Yaakov Bokay said.
“There is so much skill involved in the sport. I feel so proud to have hosted the event in our awesome little city of Goulburn."
