The drop in session will be held at the Goulburn Hospital Community Health Building, 130 Goldsmith Street, Goulburn Thursday, October 31 from 4-6pm.
Southern NSW Local Health District Acting Chief Executive Jude Constable said the event will also give the community a preview of the new facilities.
"It will be a great opportunity for people to get an insight into what we have planned, with a virtual fly-through providing a look at the new Clinical Services Building," said Ms Constable.
In early October, the NSW Minister for Health Brad Hazzard joined Member for Goulburn Wendy Tuckerman to turn the first sod, marking the start of main works for the redevelopment.
The main works will deliver a new four-storey Clinical Services Building that includes an emergency department, medical imaging and an intensive care unit.
