And the Southern Tablelands Football Association, who netted $15,000, is standing ready to run with the funding ball as soon as it lands in their bank account.
"We just have to nail all the building volunteers together on the right day," said Fred Eddy, representative coordinator with the association, who laid most of the groundwork for the grant.
"We'll get going as soon as possible, depending on COVID-19 restrictions.
"When get the grant through, we'll order the shed and then we'll be up and running - it should be fairly quick."

The association will use the funds to construct female change rooms at Cookbundoon playing fields, which is among a long list of items they want to see upgraded.
"We don't have any and in this day and age we believe we should have them," said Mr Eddy, who said the association has been applying for grants for some time.
"The facilities at Cookbundoon are pretty old, there's only two change rooms and they're falling apart, but the council are working on upgrading facilities over next few years."
He said the grant would be added to with money the association has raised on their own, and a lot of the building and electrical work would be done by members.
With 400 female players last season, plus several female tournaments held at the sporting grounds, it couldn't be a more welcome move.

Member for Goulburn Wendy Tuckerman said the grants would assist local sporting organisations as COVID-19 restrictions slowly ease.
"There has been significant uncertainty for sport in NSW, particularly in regional areas," Mrs Tuckerman said.
"We love our sport and this money will be a massive boost for regional sporting organisations, which not only help our communities stay active and healthy but also perform a vital role keeping people connected,"
"These grants will provide essential funds to help our organisations increase participation," Mrs Tuckerman said.
