NSW Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning Sarah Mitchell, Member for Goulburn Wendy Tuckerman and the Goulburn Director of Educational Leadership Kim Paviour visited the school to have a look at how things were going.
Relieving school principal Bede Darcey said they were impressed with what they saw.
"The special guests received a comprehensive tour of the school by the school captains and vice-captains, with the ladies making mention of the outstanding facilities and beautiful, spacious grounds of the school for its students," Mr Darcey said.
"They visited classrooms where they participated in some numeracy games and activities.
"They were complimentary of the teaching and learning facilities at Bradfordville Public School and congratulated the school on their ongoing work in providing the best teaching and learning within the Goulburn education community."
Mr Darcey hasn't been in his role for long, but could already tell the school was one of the best in town.
"That day was my third day at the school and what a day it was," he said.
"Already in my short time being here, I recognise the commitment and professionalism of all the staff here.
"They ensure that every child in our school is known, valued and cared for.
"I was so pleased when Minister Mitchell commented on the positive feeling our school has as soon as one walks in the gate."
