Here were some of their responses:
Year 2 student Grace wanted to be a brain surgeon because she wanted to help people in a car accident or those with a bleeding brain.
Her classmate Liam wanted to represent NSW in State of Origin and follow in the footsteps of his favourite player James Tedesco.
Scarlett wanted to be an astronaut because she was interested in going to space and landing on the moon, while Murilo's goal was to become a millionaire.
A couple of other ambitions included being a policeman, vet and dancer.
The event celebrates the life of Mary MacKillop, the first Saint of Australia.
