The campaign will inform and inspire desired target markets to visit the region by building awareness around key attractions, experiences and events, with all promotional activities focusing on the existing four messaging pillars: visit, live, work and invest.
Taking a more strategic approach, the Goulburn region will be positioned as the number one NSW short break destination to the Sydney audience, and the number one day trip destination to Canberra and Southern Highlands audiences.

The council is also investing to ensure land is available for commercial and industrial business. A key example is the North Goulburn Employment Precinct currently underway.
"Council will use this to their advantage to attract new businesses and investors to the region that will bring value to the local economy," a spokesperson said.
The campaign features a new tagline: country life, city heartbeat. Along with a suite of new creative elements which will be rolled out across the multi-media campaign.
The council's coordinator marketing and events, Jessica Price, is excited to see the campaign 'go-live' now that extensive behind the scenes work is complete.
"We are confident that this new campaign and its creative elements will showcase the Goulburn region in a way that resonates with our target audience and this is based on extensive consumer research," Mrs Price said.
"The new tagline which represents Goulburn's main point of difference from other areas - a country lifestyle with city benefits - paired with a range of new images that capture our relaxed family friendly lifestyle, showcasing natural beauty within an identifiable local setting, have been developed with the consumer in mind."
