The Dirty Reds and the Hall Bushrangers will battle it out to take out the ACT Monaro Cup trophy on Saturday, October 10 at Simon Poidevon Oval from 3pm.
One player from the Dirty Reds who will be looking to turn the disappointment from last year's final around is their scrum half Jackson Reardon.
Reardon says compared to last year, his side is in a better position heading into the final.
"We've kept the core of the team together and we've added a few guys," Reardon said.
"We've got a lot of depth which has come across from the Goulburn Bulldogs.
"We picked up a few good young players too.
"We're probably in a better position than last year because before the final we had a couple of injuries and a couple of our front rowers couldn't play which hurt us come scrum time.
"Throughout September, we've had a good run of games which helps too."

Reardon knows the Bushrangers will be a very tough proposition.
"They have been the toughest team we've played all year," he said.
"We played them twice and had two good wins, but they were both close encounters.
"We're feeling very confident, but we know Hall will come out swinging.
"We're also looking forward to having a big home crowd."
