The Goulburn Handweavers and Spinners Club held an exhibition at the Country Women's Association room that saw many people attend.
The garments on show were very diverse, ranging from beanies to beautiful shawls and cloaks.
Member Ros Slater explained the procedure involved with creating the items of clothing.
"Over the last three years, the club has been working on creating garments from handspun wool or alpaca fibre," Ms Slater said.
"Creators dyed a lot of it with natural or commercial dyes.
"We also have a people's choice table where we were given the challenge to create a garment with 150 grams of merino."
The guest exhibitor on the day was Debbie McGuire who used mathematics to create her garments so that all the spinning and dyeing was all the same.
Member Bev Fricke made a jacket which will be on show at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
"I made a handspun, naturally dyed and knitted jacket," Ms Fricke said.
"It has been dyed using Argyle apple eucalyptus leaves, turmeric roots and photinia leaves."
Goulburn Handweavers and Spinners meet every Monday and Wednesday at the Men's Shed off Blackshaw Road from 10am to 12.30pm.
