A great show was put on by the Goulburn Multicultural Centre (GMC) at the Goulburn Recreational Area on Sunday, March 21.
GMC manager Heni Hardi said it was great to see everyone enjoy the event. '
"Harmony Day is a day of cultural respect for everyone who calls Australia home," Ms Hardi said.
"This year saw performances from the Goulburn Regional Ukulele Band (GRUB), Nepalese, Indian, Filipino, Chinese and Indonesian communities and belly dancing.
"The event went for about five hours and included a free multicultural street food lunch provided by GMC volunteers."
Ms Hardi said the annual event began seven years ago.
"I organised Harmony Day at the park seven years ago when I got a lot of invitations from schools and organisations."
"I think to have one big party is an excellent idea because it allows everybody to be together in Harmony."
Harmony Day wrapped up a massive weekend at the Goulburn Recreational Area with the Festival of Place event on the day before.
