Goulburn residents required to seek exemption for essential travel into ACT
Goulburn residents will be required to seek an exemption to travel into the ACT for essential work or healthcare. Goulburn Mulwaree mayor Bob Kirk has written to ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr about the issue, asking for the region to be added to a list of exempt postcodes.

A woman charged with the murder of her partner on Monday night made her first appearance in court the next day. Dale Lee Vella, 52, of Murrumbateman, appeared via audio visual link from custody at Goulburn Local Court on August 10. No plea was entered.
Former Sydney law firm senior partner convicted of drink driving in Taralga
A former Allens Arthur Robinson law firm senior partner has been convicted for drink driving. David Allan Wilson Maloney, 72, of Potts Point, appeared via audio visual link at Goulburn Local Court on August 11. He had previously pleaded guilty to mid-range drink-driving.
