Goulburn's Lilac Festival queen Brittany Bryant tips lid to grandmother
Brittany Bryant is Lilac queen for 2021. She was announced during the official opening of the 70th Lilac City Festival. Her grandmother Dianna Bryant (nee Smith) was also crowned 50 years ago. She raised $7030, which was the same amount her grandmother raised in 1971.
Former Goulburn man Bill Woods celebrates 100th birthday
Former Goulburn man and retired doctor Bill Woods turned 100 on Saturday. He now lives in a Sydney aged care facility and had a special celebration arranged in his favourite room and a zoom call for everyone to join in.
