Stage one of the DA seeks to address critical building fabric items urgently required to prevent further damage to the building. Stage two works include: renewing the parquetry floor, new tiled floors to the entries, airlock to the Nun's Sanctuary, additional fire exit from the Organ loft, strengthening the choir loft, specialist lighting (internal and external), new confessionals and alterations to the narthex.

- Upgrade fire services
- Upgrade electrical services
