With the first round scheduled to take place this Thursday, October 21, the club still has space for another team and some extra pool players.

Competition organiser, Gerald Spackman, expects the player numbers to sit roughly where they were last season, but registrations were taking some time to get going this year.
"At this stage, we are struggling a little bit for numbers," he said.
"There's plenty of spots available ... we are a little bit light-on but I don't think it's COVID-related. I think it's just a bit cyclical."
Though the COVID-19 lockdowns, which were in place across the majority of NSW until recently, have stifled the beginning of many summer sports, the tennis club is fortunate in that its competition was only delayed by a week.
Spackman was pleased that the delay was minimal, as the members have expressed their eagerness to get back into competition.
"I'm very keen for it to get going again, it's always a good social outing," Spackman said.
"[Thankfully] we're only a week behind where we'd normally start the season ... everyone's very excited to get started."
While the state government's restrictions have not heavily impacted the club's competition, social play was stifled up until the last month.
"We haven't been able to play social tennis up until the last five weeks or so, when Crookwell came out of lockdown," Spackman said.
"We have played a little bit since then."
Anybody interested in participating in the Crookwell Tennis Club's weekly competition can contact Gerald Spackman on 0448 394 393 or Nick Rowe on 0432 835 726.
Registration forms can be found here. Competition nights will take place starting this Thursday from 6pm, and will proceed weekly. All players must be double vaccinated to take part and the competition fee is $5 per week.
