No rainfall has been received since 5.30pm on Friday, December 10.
Braidwood Road between the Hume Highway and Lake Bathurst and the Federal Highway near Wollogorang Rd opened earlier today.
Other roads that have opened, but still have water over the road are:
- Braidwood Road
- Breadalbane Road
- Windellama Road at Hanks Lane, at Mountain Ash Road and at Airport and access road
- Gurrundah Road at Baw Baw Creek
- Wollogorang Road
- Sandy Point Road between Cullula and Oallen Ford Road
- Range Road dips
- Pomeroy Road
- Brisbane Grove Road
- Lumley Road at the northern end, near Bullamalita Road, and also at the Loaded Dog, Tarago
- Oallen Ford Road at Cartroad Causeway
- Lambs Lane - both Causeways
- Stewarts Crossing
- Mills Road
- Murrays Flat Road
- Bullspit Road
- Painters Lane
- Cullulla Road causeway
- Bullamalita Road
- Chinamans Lane
- Sandy Point Road at northern causeway
- Oallen Ford Road at Windellama Creek near RFS Shed
- Rhyanna Road at the Upper Lachlan Shire Council boundary causeway
- Spa Road at the bridge
However, the following roads are closed.
- Carrick Road is now open at low level culvert, but closed at bridge after the railway line.

- Bungonia Road at Sand and Soil
- May Street Bridge
- Boxers Creek Road: middle causeway
- Currawang Road at first causeway
- Brisbane Grove Road at Windellama Road

- Brayton Road at the Upper Lachlan Shire Council causeway
- Lumley Road at the northern end, near Bullamalita Road, and also at the Loaded Dog, Tarago

Goulburn Mulwaree Council staff are making their way around the region to inspect roads and reopen, but at this stage, there are very few that will be opened due to huge amounts of water.
Update 4pm:
With the rain continuing to pour down, more roads have been closed.
The Mulwaree River at the towers and Landsdowne Bridge is rising and the levels is currently at 4.06m and 2.78m respectively.
The Wollondilly River at the Marsden Weir and Murrays Flat, which is rising, currently sits at 0.96m and 3.36m respectively.
Kialla Ck at Pomeroy is also rising and is at 1.92m.

Braidwood Road between the Hume Highway and Lake Bathurst is undrivable, as is the Federal Highway near Wollogorang Rd.
Many other roads are severely damaged due to flooding and more damage is expected to be discovered as the water recedes.
Goulburn Mulwaree Council advised residents who do not need to come to Goulburn, to avoid driving until tomorrow at the earliest.
A spokesperson said those already in town may need to stay the night.
Meanwhile, Goulburn Airport has now received 69mm of rainfall since 9am Thursday.
In the Upper Lachlan Shire, the following roads are closed:
- Brayton Road - closed at Wollondilly River.
- Pejar Road - closed at First and Middle Creeks.
- Tyrl Tyrl Road - closed at Bolong River.
- Bevendale Road - closed at Lachlan River.
- Golspie Road - closed at Reedy Creek.
- Rhyanna Road - closed at Tarlo River.
- Pomeroy Rd - closed at Heffernan's Creek.
- Bulleys Crossing - closed at Lachlan River.
- Collector to Breadalbane Road.
Update 1pm:
Crews from the Goulburn SES Unit are believed to be attending three jobs at the moment.
One is believed to be at Brisbane Grove Road, Oallen Ford Road in Windellama and Lumley Road at Tarago.
Earlier, SES Argyle cluster commander Rob Bell said the Wollondilly River near the Goulburn Golf Club was expected to flood.
He also expected Towrang Bridge to close and to remain that way for a couple of days too.
Earlier (11.30am):
The rain has been relentless since yesterday evening and it doesn't look like it will end until later tonight.
Goulburn Airport had received 57mm since 9am Thursday, 30mm of which had fallen since midnight, according to the Bureau of Meteorology. Goulburn TAFE registered 42.4mm for the same period.
There was also 52mm recorded on Chisholm Street since 9am Thursday, 30mm of which had fallen since midnight.
At about 11am, Goulburn Mulwaree Council advised that the key route from the Southern Tablelands to Shoalhaven was inaccessible due to severe flooding.
A spokesman also said Sandy Point Road, Cullula Road and Lumley Road were closed due to flooding, resulting in the Shoalhaven being inaccessible through the usual route.
Other road closures include Stewarts Crossing, Mills Road, Murrays Flat, Bullspit Road, Painters Lane, the Cullulla Road causeway, Bullamilita Road, Chinamans Lane, Bullamalita Road at the first causeway and Oallen Ford Road at Windellama Creek near the RFS Shed.
There is also water over the road at Breadalbane Road, Oallen Ford Road at Cartroad Causeway, Windellama Road at Hanks Lane at Wollongorang Road.
People are advised to not drive through flood waters.
