A huge number of entries were received for both sections of the competition and many prizes were awarded by the two independent judges who had a really tough job in front of them. The prize winners now proceed to the State competition where judging will take place at the NSW conference in May.

This year the CWA of NSW celebrates its centenary and to mark the occasion the next big event for the Southern Tablelands Group is the Centenary Blue and Gold Ball on April 9. The Ball is being held at 'The Barn', Woodhouselee Road, Roslyn.
The Southern Tablelands Group is made up of 14 Branches in the region, namely Braidwood, Bungendore, Collector, Crookwell, Goulburn, Majors Creek, Marulan, Mulwaree, Queanbeyan, Tarago, Taralga and Yass. Some of these areas have a day and evening branch. New members are always welcome at the branch meetings.
