A Goulburn woman who held one of two division-one winning entries in Monday and Wednesday's Lotto draw has taken home $1 million.

After hearing that someone from the area had won big, she got in contact with her husband, asking him to check her ticket.
"A few moments later, I received a call from him, and the first thing he said was, 'Hello, Miss lottery winner! How does it feel to be a millionaire?'" she said in a statement.
"I was so shocked. I said to him, 'No way! You're kidding me!'. Once he convinced me it was real, I started crying, my heart was racing, and my stomach was in knots."
The woman described more happy tears, a cup of tea to celebrate, and plans to slow down.

"We haven't done much travel, so we will be doing that! We're going to live our lives to the fullest," she said.
She purchased her winning entry from newsXpress Goulburn, with owner John Stein also sharing that he was "thrilled" by the news.
"Good luck to all our customers. We hope you win division one soon," Mr Stein said.
