The 4,100 square metre property has been bought by local real estate agent, Peter Mylonas, from Peter Mylonas Property Solutions.
"I purchased the property because I think it is one of the best sites in Goulburn. It has got three separate titles as well," Mr Mylonas said.
"I bought it because of the tremendous amount of interest shown across the street with the construction of apartments there recently."

The sale was finalised last November for an undisclosed amount.
Mr Mylonas is looking at options on how to develop the site.
"We have put up a 'For Sale' and 'For Lease' sign up on the site and have been receiving interest too," he said.
"However, we are exploring our options and also have plans on how to develop the property in the future."
He has not ruled out constructing apartments on the corner block.
"At the moment, several people have expressed interest in the site but we haven't decided anything yet," he added.
The 4,100 square metre block has three entrances and separate titles.
Last October, Caltex shut the doors on its fuel station on the corner of Bradley and Auburn Streets.

The petrol station on Clinton Street closed well before then and has undergone decontamination.
The premises has been cordoned off and a fence has been put around the premises.
Real estate company Stonebridge Property Group had listed the property at 72-74 Clinton Street, where Caltex fuel station used to operate, on behalf of Caltex Australia.
The online listing on the real estate company's website stated that the site was a high profile corner one in Goulburn's CBD and had flexible B4 mixed use zoning.
The block has surged in popularity since Quest opened its 63 one and two-bedroom apartments opposite on the former Marian College site.
