Richard Orchard, who is also Hume regional committee chair for Pauline Hanson's One Nation said he rode the final service on Monday, two days sooner than NSW TrainLink previously announced.
"This bus has been greatly appreciated by its users, mostly folks going for hospital treatment or visits in Canberra," he said in a statement.
"These people are now left in the lurch by NSW Transport, and will now have to find other ways of getting to these services."

Goulburn MP Wendy Tuckerman previously said the tri-weekly bus run would be suspended from September 30 partly due to "low patronage."
It had been undergoing a trial for almost two years but the MP said it had not been possible to accurately gauge usage during coronavirus. It had been averaging six passengers per trip.
She stressed that it had not been cancelled. On Monday Ms Tuckerman told The Post she wanted to see it running again but it was a matter of striking "sensible" departure times and encouraging people to use it.
"I would like to see it leaving Goulburn at around 6.30am (rather than 9am) so people can reach Canberra in time for work," she said.
"At the end of the day it is about numbers (using it)."
Ms Tuckerman has not indicated when a decision would be made.
But Mr Orchard said there was no certainty about its continuation and believed COVID was used to justify "cutting" the service.
"The hospitals were not doing elective surgery and a lot of their work was on hold," he said.
"The XPT was going past Goulburn with a dozen people on it. But now, we've been on low infection rates or zero for some time in NSW, and people are using the service. In fact it consistently is more popular than the 5am Goulburn to Campbelltown bus service, which the government has made permanent, while cancelling the more popular of the two. Go figure that one!"

The Post also understands a weekly NSW Trainlink bus service from Goulburn to Bigga and return has been cancelled from Tuesday, September 29. It started under a trial in December, 2019.
Mr Orchard accused Ms Tuckerman of 'playing on words' by saying the Goulburn to Canberra run wasn't cancelled, but suspended.
"The fact is, this is the last bus, and aged, disabled, and sick people are going to have to find another way of getting to the hospitals. Workers and travellers as well, but I've got good mobility and can do a multi train-bus shuffle," he said.
"My travelling companion with his wheelie walker is going to struggle. Chris the driver helps people on, to load their luggage in under the floor. There is always conversation and some friendly banter on this bus. It's been fun."
"Mrs Tuckerman's semantics are one thing. Her stony silence on any effort she's put in to keep the service running is another. But we need to provide decent services for community members in need."
