Last year, the Taste of Taralga Festival celebrated 200 years of first Europeans passing through the village.
The popular festival showcased Taralga and includes events like a street parade, a Saturday night dance, a country fair, camp-ovens, displays from the historical society, a classic car muster, live music, a country fair, egg and spoon races, and tug-o-war.
Similar celebrations were planned for this year as well.
