The Tarago Pony Club and Tarago Sports Association are both recipients of funding from the Veolia Mulwaree Trust (VMT).

The pony club and the association received $3376 and $6138 respectively.
Tarago Pony Club president Donna Smithers was grateful towards the monetary help and said the it would be spent on a fence.
"We've put in a bounce back fence around the horse arena at the Tarago Recreational Area," Ms Smithers said.
"It is a safety fence."

Meanwhile, the Tarago Sports Association will be able to provide extra storage in the sports pavilion at the recreational area.
The VMT congratulated all the two organisations and looked forward to seeing the projects provide a wide range of benefits for the local community.
The first funding round for this year is now open, with applications closing on Thursday, 18 February.
