The Sydney billionaire's company, Lederer Group, has sold the shopping centre to fund manager IP Generation as part of a $300 million portfolio, according to the Australian Financial Review.
The sale also included shopping centres at Corrimal, Cessnock, Gosford, Miranda and Richmond Mall. The Goulburn Post understands the sale settled last week.

The AFR reported that IP Generation managed more than $400m in assets across retail, office and development.
The sale comes just six months off the Marketplace redevelopment's completion. It's understood this work will continue.
Lederer Group won approval for the project in 2018 but lodged a modification the following year. It adds 1400 square metres to the Verner/Sloane Street complex, taking the total to 5843sqm.
It means a total 17 tenancies, including the existing Woolworths, BWS, Bakers Delight and more. Blooms Pharmacy is shifting from its current northern location to an expanded premises on the southern aspect. Another two shops will sit beside this.
The plans include four new shops behind Bakers Delight, facing the carpark. This will bring the development forward by six metres. Mr Lederer previously told The Post that more eateries and a walkway from Millers store connecting to the carpark would be included.
The redevelopment, being completed by local firm, ARW Multigroup, incorporates new amenities and a manager's office on the Verner Street side.
"The aim behind the expansion is to provide a one-stop location for shoppers at Woolworths and will give them more choice," company CEO Steve Lacey said in May.
But the identity of new retailers has not been revealed. The Post has sought comment from Mr Lederer and IP Generation.
The estimated $14 million overhaul is the largest in about 13 years.
"This was needed to take it to the next level," Mr Lederer said in 2018
"...We're excited about it. It's the right place and the right time."
Mr Lederer has had a 40-year association with Goulburn and district. He inherited Crookwell Road property, Pine Ridge from his uncle, Andrew Lederer. The family also owned another Crookwell Road property, Kangaroobie, at one stage.
"My uncle was very fond of the Goulburn. He absolutely loved the place and thought it was the centre of the universe," Mr Lederer said in 2018.
He saw great potential for the city but told The Post at the time that Goulburn needed a fast train and more industry.
