The conservatorium's Performance and Outreach Manager Keva Abotomey said they were excited to be presenting a great variety of holiday programs, and to have such an enthusiastic response from the community.
"We know parents are always looking for something to do in the holidays, so we have something on for all age groups," she said.
"Preschoolers are exploring the world of music with Blake Selmes and the Melodia program full of dancing, singing, puppets, games and instruments.
"KIDsing! has been two really fun mornings of singing for primary school children. The kids have enjoyed it so much this week, that they would like to start up a choir for them that runs all through term-time too."
She said the conservatorium has also partnered with Goulburn Mulwaree Council to provide a Songwriting and Recording Workshop as part of Youth Week.
"The council are paying for the program, so the kids can attend and get some lunch and we can all do our thing," Ms Abotomey said.
"The young people get the opportunity to compose and record their own original song at the Rock Con this week as part of the program."
She said they recorded the song over two days and the program included all aspects of learning about playing and recording in a professional studio.
"They will learn about lyric writing and pop harmony and basic music theory to be able to construct songs," she said.
"There are 20 teens up in Rock Con getting the opportunity to meet people with the same interests, and learn everything about recording, including songwriting, music basics, performing in the studio and how to record too, and all for free.
"What an amazing opportunity. I can't wait to see what they produce after two intense days in the studio. Their recordings will be played at the Youth event at Leggett Park on Thursday, April 18."
But Ms Abotomey said it is not all about youth.
"We're here for the whole community. We also have the amazing Dr Anita Collins coming to talk about how music super-charges the brain, and all the benefits for all ages to be engaged in music activities," she said.
"The talk is open to all parents, teachers and anyone who would like to learn more about what music does inside the brain."
It is on Tuesday, May 14 from 4pm to 6pm.
Tickets are $20 per person and bookings are now open through the Hume Conservatorium office on 4821 8833 or humecon.nsw.edu.au
