A new lounge, plaque and artist Mark Kelly's Gum Leaf Trio sculpture are new additions to the entrance foyer.
Funds raised by the Rotary Club of Goulburn throughout 2020-21 were donated towards the redevelopment of the foyer.
President Geoff Thrower said The Rotary Club of Goulburn had been serving the Goulburn community since 1930.
"Over this time the club has donated generously to the Goulburn Base Hospital for the purchase of various pieces of surgical equipment and the operation of the Book Exchange," he said.
"We were pleased to be able to offer our support again."
Local artist and sign writer Tony Marks was engaged by Rotary to re-create the plaque that hung in the entrance foyer of the original hospital.
Mr Marks generously donated his time to the project, with Rotary funding the material costs.
The funds also contributed to the acquisition of Mark Kelly's Gum Leaf Trio sculpture.
Funds raised through Rotary's many service activities are donated to Rotary charities and projects, locally, nationally and internationally.
