The Hibernian Hotel, Gordon Hotel and Goulburn Soldiers Club will be hosting games of Two-Up with all proceeds donated to either Legacy or Goulburn Challenge Foundation.
Australian law requires that the game be played on a not for profit basis with all proceeds donated to charity.
Legacy will receive proceeds from both The Hibernian Hotel and Gordon Hotel, which will go towards the upkeep of Legacy Lodge on Lagoon Street.
Legacy currently supports around 120 war widows in Goulburn and the broader district including Bigga, Braidwood, Bungendore, Collector, Crookwell, Dalton, Gunning and Marulan.
Goulburn Challenge Foundation will receive proceeds from the Goulburn Soldiers Club.
The Foundation is currently building a new facility on Mary's Mount Road to care for people with disabilities.
Two-Up is thought to have originated from a game called Pitch and Toss, played with a single coin.
It was brought to Australia by immigrants and convicts, spreading in popularity throughout the goldfields during the 1850's.
It has since become associated with Anzac Day as the game was played extensively by Australian soldiers during WWI and WWII.
While an Anzac Day tradition, Two-Up is illegal on most other days of the year (except Pacific Day and Remembrance Day after midday) as it is a form of unregulated gambling.
So get ready for one of the only days of the year when you'll hear the clink of pennies hitting the ground and calls for a Two-Up "spinner".
The game features two pennies, a kip and a designated "spinner".
Players stand in a circle and bet on whether the two coins will fall on both heads, both tails or one head and one tail, known as odds.
The rules stipulate both coins must fly three metres into the air, not touch the roof and must fall within the circle.
